When will my order ship? 
Our goal is to get your order out to you as soon as possible.  Each item is custom made to order and can take up to 5 business days to ship.  During a Holiday Season it is nearly impossible to get your order done any sooner.  If you absolutely need an order by a certain date, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate you. 
Can I pick up an online order? 
Yes.  You can always pick up your orders if you live in the DFW area.  We are located in Rowlett, TX. Please select LOCAL PICKUP during the checkout process.  I will contact you as soon as you order is ready for pickup.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay for your items by credit card, or instant cash transfer through a secure server. When you are ready to complete your order, you will be directed to Paypal where you will complete the payment transaction. You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay by credit card.  If you have a Paypal account you can choose to pay with an instant bank transfer. Your order will not be processed until the transfer is complete.   
Do you accept returns? 
Unfortuantely, we do not accept returns.  We will only accept a return if a mistake was on our end, we will ship a new item (done correctly) within 24 hours of the time we were notified of our mistake.  We are not
able to accept returns of any items that have been embroidered with incorrect text due to the customer's mistake.
